At Silver Foxx Member™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help — with a fair and transparent refund process.

Return & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Photos of the product must be sent before opening the package to verify condition.

  • A return must be shipped back to us before any refund is processed.

Refund Conditions

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Full refunds will be issued for eligible returns, excluding original shipping costs.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Products that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery.

  • Customized or limited-edition products unless defective.

  • Any product returned without prior approval or communication.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email silverfoxxmember@gmail.com with your order number and product photos.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back within 5 business days of approval.
