At Silver Foxx Member™, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Custom Products: Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking details.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer domestic U.S. shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days $14.99 and up
Free Shipping Orders over $100 FREE

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

You can also track your order directly at www.silverfoxxmember.com/track (coming soon).


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


5. Delays & Issues

Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience.

If your package is lost or delayed beyond 15 business days, please contact us at:

We will assist in tracking or replacing your order where possible.


6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:

  • Email photos of the packaging and product to: silverfoxxmember@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and full name.

  • We will review and offer a resolution within 48 hours.
